Thanks Raj. You’re right. There is a correlation that I don’t know, and I haven’t been able to find disaggregated deaths by pre-existing conditions that enable me to correct for age.

I also don’t suggest that the Hammer and Dance strategy is valid for all countries. I specify that it’s valid for the countries that can make it work—usually most developed countries can.
