1. You mention I go for prestige. I definitely try not to, but these things can happen. Might you pinpoint the specific instances? I can’t find them.
2. I don’t mention either Sweden or herd immunity in the article. Not sure what you mean with regards to being dismissive about it
3. I address collateral damage in many places, especially in The Hammer and the Dance. It looks like you are asking about economic consequences, which I cover in Out of Many, One.
