Very astute. I don’t know, and I think all governments are different. But based on my exposure to them, they’re just not there yet. Many are still just grappling with business closures and testing rates. I want to believe they’re just too overwhelmed and they’ll soon get to this. I’ve started hearing from some of them about contact tracing, so hopefully we’ll get there soon
